For sure. If time's the issue though it'd definitely be good to use what's already here; build upon that. :) Strange how that urge to start from scratch again comes creeping soon as things aren't all perfectly in order though...

Too true regarding that eternal badness. :) Phrasing seems like the grand distinction between fact and opinion too, and nothing's more finite than fact! But there are no facts so...
Great example with the sandwich approach too. Think I've heard about it, and forgot about it since. Such a simple way to visualize it though. Will definitely borrow. :)
Would definitely be cool if staff are working on a new system for this. It's been discussed but not sure as to the real reason it disappeared in the first place, or how big a priority it is now. Might be a simple addition with what we already have though.

True. NG has a lot of things implemented, or semi-implemented, and as it's been around for so long, there's not much that they ever have to start completely from scratch I imagine. But, when implementing new features, some may want to start from scratch; fresh slate and innovation and all that good stuff!
