I love the atmosphere of this very much, and the song feels very comforting. I also really like the progression when the strings hit at 2:56 onwards, as well as that very satisfying beat. The mix feels really nice, clear and balanced in my opinion!

Very lovely. I love all the slides between notes as it evokes the twists and turns of all the roots and branches in the forest! This song also gives me EarthBound vibes. Keep it up :)

It feels such a huge achievement to me to have created something impactful enough to be considered nostalgic when revisited. I'm glad I could have that effect on somebody. In other words, I've been planning for a long time to upload the full soundtrack to youtube and bandcamp (for free obviously) so it either gets to more people or you can take advantage of the features of each platform or something. This has a super awesome groove and I definitely get Christmas vibes from it. I know it's called Final boss battle, but I swear this is what would play in my head while out hectically Christmas shopping trying to make my way through crowds of people all fighting over items in the stores.
